THURSDAY June the 28^th 2007:

Arrival. If some arrives early we can make a sightseeing in Hillerød by foot. Hillerød is a interesting town with the beautiful Castle Frederiksborg Castle, a lot of shops, pedestrian streets and small cafés and restaurants.

Registration 4 pm to 6pm

Europe Alive Meeting 6pm – 7.45pm

Commission meetings 8.30pm – 10 pm, (1^st meeting in Constitution and election included)

 

Between the meetings there is a take yourself table with bread and different sausages, “ Danish” Sausages table”

 

FRIDAY the 29^th June 2007

Registration 8.00am. – 10.15am

Election and constitution meetings 9.00am-10.30 am

After the dinner national section meetings.

 

On Thursday and Friday the Lola Sola Raffle are sold. To the dinner at Esrum Abbey we bring the gifts with us and the winners are found.

After the dinner bus to Hotel Hillerød.

 

The excursion Sunday July the 1st 2007 by bus

 

Departure from Hotel Hillerød 09.00am to Fredensborg Castle, where the Danish queen lives from April to November and the Crown prince Frederik and crown princess Mary live the whole year. In July it is possible to visit the castle inside, when  Queen Margrethe and Prince Henrik are living in Århus at Marselisborg Castle.

 

Arrival 00.00pm Christiansborg Castle  sightseeing in Folketinget. After this sightseeing in Copenhagen by bus Amalienborg, the little Mermaid and so on.

 

After the sightseeing lunch about 2.pm

1. De små haver på Frederiksberg perhaps ( the small gardens at Frederiksberg) or
2. Tivoli.

 

If some prefer to leave Denmark after the sightseeing the bus will drive to the airport

 

The price for the whole day will bee about 400,00 d.kr. If you prefer to go to the airport after the sightseeing the price exclusive lunch will bee about d.kr.300,00. (Exactly price later)

 

After Tivoli we take the train to Hillerød. The train station in Copenhagen is very close to Tivoli and you can stay in Tivoli as long as you want in this way.
